Hi, I’m Pete — welcome 👋

You’ve got a website — maybe we built it for you, maybe you have the files some other way — and now you want to be able to change and update it yourself, without waiting on anyone. That’s exactly what this short course teaches. You’ll have an AI teammate called Claude Code doing the technical parts, and me walking you through every step.

Here’s my honest promise: this is far more doable than you think. You don’t need to learn to code. You describe the change you want in plain English, your AI teammate makes it, you check it privately, and then you publish it live. That’s the whole loop — and by the end of this course you’ll do it on your own.

Who this course is for

• Evolvv clients. If we built your site, we handed you a folder with all your website’s files and a ready-made instructions file inside it. This course shows you how to use them.
• Anyone with their website’s files. If you have your site’s files together in one folder, everything here works for you too. We’ll even give you the same instructions file to drop in.

How this course works (this part is important)

This isn’t a watch-and-take-notes course. You’re going to do the real thing, with Claude Code doing the heavy lifting. We wrote every instruction and every copy-paste prompt below — but rather than re-record what great creators already teach brilliantly, we hand-picked the clearest video for each step and put them all in one place. Every video is credited with a link to its channel.

1. Module 0 (this one): set up Claude Code on your computer so it can work for you.
2. Module 1: open your website folder, meet Claude Code, and see your site running privately on your own computer.
3. Modules 2–5: make changes safely, learn the common edits, understand the plumbing (GitHub, Vercel, your domain), and publish live.
4. Module 6: the real goal — learning to fly solo, so you can handle anything and get unstuck on your own.

What it costs

• A Claude plan — about $20/month. The AI that does the work. Cancel any time; you really only need it in the weeks you’re making changes.
• Everything else is free. If we built your site, your domain and hosting are already set up. If you’re bringing your own, hosting is free and a domain is ~$12/year.
