Build a Stunning Website with AI — Therapist Edition

Ten short modules, one copy-paste prompt at a time: your name set as a wordmark, plain-language copy that says who you help and what an hour with you is like, a fees page that answers the money question honestly, and a contact form that asks only what it needs, live on your own domain. Claude does the technical work; every word stays yours. Nothing about a client ever goes into an AI tool.

What you’ll walk away with

A clear, mobile-friendly website for your practice, designed, written and built with Claude doing the technical work, and nothing about a client ever entering an AI tool.

A wordmark made from your own name and a real photo of you: not a lotus, not sage green, not a stock couple on a sofa.

Plain-language copy in the first person that says who you help, what an hour with you is like, and what happens when someone gets in touch, written with your state board and your ethics code in mind.

A fees and insurance page that answers the money question honestly, with the federal Good Faith Estimate notice on the page itself.

A contact form that asks only what it needs, a crisis line on every page, and no tracking pixels, live on your own domain and backed up.

A repeatable update loop: describe a change in plain English and see it live in minutes, plus a quarterly check for what goes stale (openings, fees, the states you can see clients in).

Who it’s for

Licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and psychiatric prescribers in the US: solo private-pay, in-network, small groups, and telehealth across states. No technical background assumed. Probably not for you right now if your caseload is full with a waitlist, or if a platform like Alma, Grow or Rula finds and bills all of your clients.

The full path, start to finish

Ten short modules take a solo clinician or small group from a blank screen to a live practice website on your own domain — the one surface you own — one copy-paste prompt at a time.

A quick word before you start.

I’ve spent nearly twenty years building companies, brands and websites, and building websites is part of what Evolvv does. So handing the whole method over for free is an odd thing to do. I did it because a therapy practice’s website has its own problems, and most website advice ignores them: what a directory tile can’t say, what a contact form should never ask, and what should never be typed into an AI tool.

This edition is built around those. You’ll use Claude to do the technical work, and you’ll read and own every word before it goes live. Nothing is held back for a paid version; there isn’t one.

Straight answers

Do I need a website if I'm on Psychology Today?

Not to get the first contact. Referrals and directories bring most therapists their first contacts, and Psychology Today’s own sign-up page says many members find they no longer need a website. What a directory can’t do is hold still: its results reshuffle for every visitor. Your website is the one surface you own, where someone who found you elsewhere goes to decide. That’s the page this course builds.

Will any client information go into an AI?

No. Nothing in this course needs it, and every prompt is written so it doesn’t. The plan the course uses, Claude Pro, can’t have a business associate agreement: Anthropic offers those only on its Enterprise plan and its API. Personal ChatGPT and Gemini accounts don’t come with one either. So the rule from the first lesson onward is simple: nothing about a client goes into any AI tool.

Does the course make my website follow the privacy rules?

No course can promise that, and no website does it on its own. What you build here is a site whose contact form asks only for logistics, which loads no tracking pixels or analytics, and which leaves anything clinical to the tools you already use in your practice. Module 6 covers the rules, who they reach, and the notices your situation calls for. None of this is legal, clinical or ethics advice.

What does it cost per month?

The course is free. The build has real costs, as of September 2026: Claude Pro, $20 a month; Vercel Pro hosting, $20 a month, which includes one seat that can publish, because Vercel’s free plan is for non-commercial personal use and a practice website is commercial; a Google Workspace inbox for form messages, about $7 a user a month; and a domain name, a yearly fee that varies by registrar. The form service is free up to 250 messages a month.

I'm pre-licensed or an associate. Can I use this?

Yes, with your supervisor involved from the start. Some states set exactly how an associate’s title must read and whether the supervisor is named on the site. Module 6 has a table for six states and shows you how to check your own board. The kickoff records your license type so every later stage works from it. Ask your supervisor to read the site before it goes live.

How long does it take?

About four hours of lessons across ten modules, plus the building you do between them. You can take it one module at a time and spread it over two or three weeks. Your progress saves on the device you’re reading on, and every file you make stays in your own project folder, so stopping and coming back later loses nothing.
