THE ROOM
Stay for the light.
The back bar glows like a wall of low sun, the window rail runs on candles, and the whole room is dimmed to the exact volume where you can still hear the person across from you. Composed enough to photograph, warm enough to lose an evening in.
The Open Door

Zero-proof, full-strength.
Same house cordials, same clarified juice, same clear ice as everything else on the bar — just no proof in the glass. Made like it matters, because it does. We don't call them mocktails.

THE ICE
We cut our own.
Every drink gets the ice it was built for, cut and cleared in-house so it melts slow and stays honest. Craft you can see straight through — cold, clear, no cloud.
- For the stirred — slow melt, zero cloud.
- For the long ones — a wire of cold down the glass.
- For the bright ones — fast chill, soft crush.
