WHAT WE INSTALL
The hardest-worked slab you own: hot tires, dropped tools, and a winter of road chemical dragged in on the treads. Built to take all of it and still wipe clean.
Seamless, mirror-deep, and different in every square foot. Pigment is worked wet into veining and locked under clear — the closest a floor gets to poured stone.
Flake broadcast until the floor will not take another chip, scraped back flat, then sealed under polyaspartic that will not yellow, chalk or lift at the edges.
Basements, laundry rooms, home gyms, workshops. A gloss floor throws the light back up, and a lower level stops feeling like a lower level.

A Front Range slab can swing through freeze and thaw dozens of times in a season, growing and shrinking every cycle. A brittle box-store kit cracks along with it. Our topcoats flex, so the floor moves and the finish does not care.
SEALED AGAINST FUEL, BRAKE FLUID, OIL AND WINTER ROAD CHEMICAL
A tire comes home hot and sticks to a soft coating, and the finish leaves with it. A properly bonded system takes the heat, the dropped socket, and the magnesium chloride your treads carry in from January to March.
UV-STABLE POLYASPARTIC · GOES DOWN WELL BELOW FREEZING
Thin air means harder light, and a standard clear coat goes amber under it within a couple of summers. Every system we install closes with a UV-stable polyaspartic — and it cures cold, so winter is not a reason to wait.

Most people stop treating the garage like a garage about a week after the floor goes in. Flake, metallic or solid, sealed under polyaspartic, with a barrier underneath where the slab asks for one.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
It comes down to five things: how big the floor is, what shape the slab is in, which system you pick, whether it needs moisture mitigation, and how much old coating has to come off first. We measure before we quote, the estimate is free, and financing is available.
A standard two-car garage is usually one to two days on site. Add a day if the slab needs serious repair or an old coating has to be stripped. Commercial floors scale with square footage — you get the days in writing before we start.
Walk on it the next day. Keep vehicles off for another two to three days — the coating keeps hardening well after it stops feeling tacky, and a hot tire parked too early is the one mistake that is genuinely hard to undo.
Bare concrete is a sponge — oil, salt and spills go into it and stay there. A resin floor is one sealed surface with nowhere for any of that to soak in, so it mops instead of staining, and it takes impact that would chip the slab underneath.
Sweep it, and mop it now and then with a pH-neutral cleaner. That is the whole routine. Stay away from acids and abrasive pads — they dull the clear coat, and very little else will.
