Sharpen
the operator.
A sparring partner for founders and executives — a coach who has run the machine, not a life-coach reading you clichés.
The work
Four ways we sharpen you.
One standing partnership, or a focused engagement for a single hard call. We open only what the moment needs.
1:1 Founder Coaching
A standing sparring partner for the calls only you can make. Biweekly sessions, async between.
Most book thisExecutive & Team Coaching
Sharpen the leadership team so it argues well, aligns fast, and moves as one edge.
Decision Sprints
One hard decision, one focused two-week engagement. We pressure-test it until it's clear.
Leadership Offsites
Designed and facilitated offsites that reset the team and re-aim it — not trust-fall theater.
Where you are
You're great at the calls. Making them shouldn't be this lonely.
You've made hard calls before. But the stakes keep climbing, the room keeps getting quieter, and the people who used to push back now mostly agree with you.
So you decide alone, second-guess alone, and carry it alone. You don't need a cheerleader. You need someone who's been in the chair and will tell you the truth.
Intake — first note
Sharp operator. Carrying decisions alone. Team's grown faster than the person running it — and there's no one to think out loud with.
Good news: that's exactly what this is for. →
The diagnosis
Let's name what's dulling your edge.
Most founders don't have one big problem. They have a handful of small ones, quietly blunting every decision at once.
Calls you keep re-litigating
The same decision, revisited weekly, never actually closed.
A leadership team out of sync
Smart people rowing in slightly different directions, politely.
No one to say the hard thing
Success bought you a room full of people who agree with you.
Growth past your operating system
What got you here is quietly buckling under what's next.
Conflict you keep avoiding
The conversation you know you owe someone, still unhad.
Instinct that used to be enough
It carried you to here. Here is a different game.
How it runs
How the work runs.
Four moves. The point of the last one is that the edge is yours to keep.
Intro call
A free 30-minute call. We find out fast whether this is a fit — no pitch, no pressure.
Map the terrain
A deep first session mapping what's actually hard right now, and what we sharpen first.
Standing sessions
Biweekly sparring on the real decisions, with async support the moment a call gets heavy.
Recalibrate
Every quarter we step back, re-aim, and check the edge is still yours — not a habit of leaning on me.
Before the coaching: a decade and a half actually operating. A few facts clipped to the front.
Team scaled as COO before the coaching chair
Founding-team through three rounds and a hard pivot
Operating real companies, not a coaching desk
Founders & executives coached since
Operating years spanned logistics, marketplaces, and a Series B pivot that nearly didn't survive.
What clients say
Notes from the other chair.
Real sessions, sharper calls. A few of the founders and teams we spar with.
I came in stuck on a co-founder split I'd avoided for a year. Two sessions later I'd had the conversation — and kept the company. Nadia doesn't flinch.
Our exec team argued in circles. She taught us to fight about the right things and decide in the room. First offsite that actually changed how we work.
She's the only advisor who's actually sat where I sit. No frameworks-for-frameworks' sake — just the sharpest question in the room, every time.

The coach
You spar directly with the operator.
Nadia spent fifteen years operating before she ever coached. As founding COO she scaled a logistics company from four people to a hundred and eighty, through a seed round, a brutal Series A, and a pivot that nearly ended it.
She's made the layoff call, survived a co-founder split, and burned out once badly enough to learn how not to. Then she rebuilt her work around the part she was best at: helping other operators think clearly under real pressure.
She coaches around 120 founders and executives a year now — and still writes every session note by hand.
Sharper calls, a team that's aligned, and the edge to make the next one yourself.
Questions, answered in the margin.
Is this therapy?
No. It's coaching for the operator. We work the calls in front of you, not your childhood — though we're honest about what's getting in the way.
Do you actually know my world?
Yes. I built and scaled one from the founding team through Series B, and made most of the hard calls you're facing. That's the whole point.
How long do people stay?
Most run six to twelve months of standing sessions. Some keep one a month for years. There's no contract and no lock-in — you stay because it's working.
Individual, or the whole team?
Both. Often a founder starts solo, then we bring in the leadership team once the top of the org is sharp.
What if I only have one decision?
That's a Decision Sprint — a focused two-week engagement to pressure-test a single hard call until it's clear.
Remote or in person?
Sessions are remote by default. Offsites are in person, wherever your team is — and worth the flights.

Thirty minutes, no pitch. Tell me the call that's keeping you up and we'll see, fast, whether I'm the right person to sharpen it with you.
If I'm not, I'll point you to someone who is. That's the whole offer.
