If you want it, that's when you pay. I revise the brand and build out the full six-page site to what we agreed.

Almost nobody calls straight away. They search your firm first. They read what’s there, glance at how current it looks, and decide whether you seem like someone who handles businesses like theirs.
That page is where a warm introduction either turns into a meeting or quietly ends. And nobody tells you which ones ended — there’s no missed-call log for a referral who looked you up and moved on.

The honest answer
Because I’m building a portfolio and a reputation, and twenty businesses is what I need for both.
A brand and custom site like this normally runs $5,000 to $15,000. I’m doing twenty at $999 — and then this offer ends. I’m not making much on them. What I want is twenty owners who like the work enough to mention my name when someone asks.
That’s the whole deal. There’s no upsell waiting, no retainer, no monthly fee. If you want help later we’ll talk then. If you don’t, you have a brand and a website and I have a portfolio piece.
It’s also why I build the concept first. If I have to talk you into it, it isn’t the portfolio piece I wanted anyway.
The twenty is shared across everything I’m running — it isn’t twenty accounting firms on top of everyone else.

Every site gets the last one regardless, as a safety net. A connection that fails quietly is worse than no connection at all.
I don’t build two-way syncing or migrate your existing data. Those are real projects, and they aren’t $999 projects. We’ll settle exactly what your setup allows on the session, and it goes in writing before you pay.

I’m Pete. I spent nearly twenty years in business intelligence and grew my own firm from $400,000 to $3.7 million with a team of 32 before selling it.

No, and I won't pretend it is. The concept is a real, working direction — enough to judge whether you like where this is going. The finished package is that direction revised to fit you properly, plus the other five pages built out. That difference is exactly what the $999 pays for.
No. There's no monthly fee attached to this. You pay once, you own it, and if we never speak again it keeps running. You'll pay a host for hosting and a registrar for the domain — roughly $10 to $20 a month, paid to them, in your name, not to me.
It's the opposite. Building now means it's finished and working before your enquiries arrive. Starting in February is the bad timing — for you and for me. If we're already into the season, I'd honestly rather book you for April.
Plenty of you could, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. It isn't the ability, it's the sixty hours — and the logo and brand on top of that. At your own billing rate, sixty hours costs several times what this does. That's the argument you'd make to a client about their own bookkeeping.
