How to Delete Your Data

How to ask

1. Email pete@evolvv.io with the subject line “Delete my data.”
2. Include the email address you used with us, and your phone number if you gave us one, so we can find every record that belongs to you.
3. We’ll delete it and reply to confirm when it’s done.

What we delete

• What you sent through our forms: strategy-session requests, Growth Audits, course and resource sign-ups.
• Your contact record in our customer system, including the notes on it.
• Your place on our newsletter list.
• Your details in the booked-call, client, and audience information we send Meta. We stop sending it, and you’re left out of future audience lists.

Only want fewer emails?

You don’t have to delete anything for that. Every newsletter email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it takes effect right away.

Data other companies hold

Meta and Google keep their own records under their own terms. You can see and remove what Meta has received from websites like ours in Meta Accounts Center (opens in a new tab), under “Your activity off Meta technologies.” Our privacy policy explains the tools we use and how to opt out of them.
