Module 2 · Brand Strategy
Build your Brand Strategy Report
Stage 1. Before we build anything, we get crystal clear on your brand — because a beautiful site with a muddy message doesn’t sell, and a clear one does. Claude will interview you about your business and analyze your current website, then write a complete Brand Strategy Report that every later stage builds on.

The big picture
This is the first real deliverable. Claude already knows how to do this — it’s in the Build Kit you installed. You just give it the go-ahead, then answer its questions like a friendly conversation. The output is a file called brand-strategy.md that captures your business model, your ideal customer, your offers, your brand message, your visual identity (colors, fonts, logo), and your copywriting voice.

Start your brand strategy
Let's begin Stage 1 — my brand strategy. Please follow your brand-strategy skill: 1. First, ask me for my current website address (if I have one) and analyze it. 2. Then walk me through the brand discovery questions — a few at a time, in a friendly, plain-language conversation. Don't overwhelm me; adapt based on my answers. 3. When you have enough, propose my brand message, visual identity (a color palette with hex codes, fonts, and a simple logo), and copywriting voice — and let me adjust them. 4. Then write it all into a brand-strategy.md file, save a snapshot, and give me a plain-language summary. I'm not technical — keep it simple and friendly.
What to expect
- Claude asks for your website and reads it (if you have one).
- It asks you about your business, customers, offers, and the feel you want — a handful at a time.
- It proposes your message, colors, fonts, and a simple logo; you tweak anything you like.
- It writes
brand-strategy.mdinto your project and saves a snapshot.
This conversation is the foundation of everything. Give real, specific answers — your actual customers, your real story, the words people use about you. The more honest detail you give, the more your whole website will feel like you.
You now have a brand-strategy.md in your project: a real, professional brand foundation most businesses never put on paper. Next, we turn it into a full website plan.
If Claude jumps ahead or feels generic, just tell it so: “Slow down and ask me one set of questions at a time,” or “make the colors warmer and ask me again.” You’re in charge of the conversation.
